Is YourBeans Academy free?
Yes! All our training modules and resources are completely free. We believe everyone should have access to quality coffee business education.
What are "beans" and how do I earn them?
Beans are our reward system. You earn beans by completing training modules and lessons. These beans can be redeemed for discounts and rewards within the YourBeans ecosystem.
What e-commerce platforms do you support?
We support three paths to selling your coffee:

Is the app available on iPhone and Android?
The YourBeans Academy app is available on iOS (iPhone/iPad). You can also access all features through our web app at academy.yourbeans.com.au on any device.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@yourbeans.com.au with your request. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
